Auditor General Maksim Acevski and Deputy Auditor General Orhan Ademi met with the Ambassador of the Republic of France to the Republic of North Macedonia Mr. Cyrille Baumgartner.
Auditor General informed the Ambassador about SAO operation and achieved results and the added value of performed audits aimed at creating efficient control environment and protection of public funds.
Ambassador Baumgartner expressed satisfaction with the results achieved by the State Audit Office and emphasized that he would seek to provide additional support to SAO for future state audit activities, including possible cooperation with Cour des Comptes (SAI of France).
